The priority group has already started forming, and lots will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Agave Ridge sits in La Madre Peaks, the newest village in Summerlin's western region, at the base of the La Madre mountains. La Madre Peaks lies west of the 215 Beltway and Lake Mead Boulevard, north of Grand Park village and east of Astra, the village's custom homesite enclave. It is the highest village in Summerlin West, and summer afternoons run five to seven degrees cooler on average than down on the valley floor.
