Brantley is a gated luxury neighborhood of new single-family homes by Pulte, located within Grand Park, a village in Summerlin West. It is one of the newest neighborhoods in Summerlin, with its grand opening announced on January 30, 2026. The community sits on elevated ground west of the 215 Beltway and south of Lake Mead Boulevard, with views of the La Madre mountain range.
Pulte offers nine floor plans in single-story and two-story designs, from 2,194 to 4,731 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and two- to four-car garages. Base prices currently start at $879,990.
