Of the 21 years we’ve called Summerlin home, 15 of them have been in Summerlin West, the place where so many of our family’s best chapters were written. We have watched this community grow alongside our children, from those first wobbly bike rides in the local parks to the cooling relief of the splashpads on warm summer evenings. We’ve spent countless hours walking the trails together, eventually transitioning from teaching our kids how to ride on two wheels to teaching them how to drive a car on these very streets. It has been a joy to see the area thrive and to see so many new neighbors choosing Summerlin West as the perfect place to start their own stories.
